CS Kills my internet SOLVED

This last year of my life has been a stress filled nightmare with the job I was at..

BUT every time I would boot up CS it would kill my router and I could not figure it out. Come to find out it was my cable modem and the fact that it could not handle thousands of pings to the servers CS was refreshing. I updated the modem lastnight and set Steam to a slower dl speed and now I'm good!!! Anyone else have this problem?

It was pretty funny to hear 3 people scream out whenever I would boot up CS though..

Double-check your rate in-game now; IIRC it gets reset when you change your connection settings in Steam.

All's well in game, get a high choke every now and then but that is normal for me..
